A video won't play
- If it shows a download arrow, tap it to download the video first.
- If it says the video is no longer available, it was delivered to your phone once and has since been removed, for example by clearing storage. Delivered videos are kept only on your phone.
- If a download stops, it continues by itself when the connection returns.
