If you think someone else is in your account
- Sign in on your own phone. Your account works on one phone at a time, so this signs out any other phone using it.
- Change your password in Settings › Account › Password.
- Go to Settings › Account › Security notifications and turn on Sign-in alerts, so you hear about any new sign-in straight away. It is off until you turn it on.
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, secure that account too, because it is what lets you in.
If you cannot get in at all, contact us from the email address on the account.
