Choose who can call you
In Settings, go to Privacy & Security, then Calls.
- Everyone: anyone you have not blocked, including people who sent you a message request.
- My Chats: only people you already have a chat with. Anybody who used your Chat Key counts as one of your chats.
People you have blocked can never call you, whatever you choose here.
